What we collect

We only collect what you type into the interest form: your name, your email address, the role you select, and an optional message. The email address is the only required field.

How we use your email

Your email address is used only to send you updates about Chitra Sahayak — nothing else. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Who handles the form

The interest form is handled by a third-party provider, Formspree. When you submit the form, the details you entered are sent to that provider so the message can be delivered to our inbox. Their handling of that data is also governed by their own privacy terms.

What we store

This site is a static website with no backend of its own. We do not store your form data on the device beyond what the form provider needs to deliver your message, and we do not run invasive trackers. If privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics are added later, they will not identify you individually.

Your rights

You are the data principal for the information you share. You can ask us to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct it if it is inaccurate or out of date;
• erase it, and stop receiving updates, at any time.

Changes to this notice

Because Chitra Sahayak is still at the concept stage, this notice is a starting point and will be updated as the project takes shape and as our data practices become more concrete. Please check back for the latest version.
